After completion of Brewery Facility Contract for TUSAŞ A.Ş. in 2010, Rotaplast has been awarded for contract of investment of FPI Part Transportation Loading System and Automation, again an advanced investment project, due to its reliability.
This project is the first facility within TEİ that all flows and acts were operated under PLC control.
100% of aircraft engine parts processed at CNC machines are tested at this monitoring facility. Any fracture, welding problem, wearing and other similar defects are being controlled with applied tests and therefore it is a vitally important production step for aircraft engine.
Complete design and production of this project, having international importance, except oven has been realized by ROTAPLAST.
TEİ has been provided considerable economy in labor force and faster work flow by means of PLC control systems and automation installed at facility.
